MS Teams Real-Time Call Quality Analytics (RTA) Reporting for “Meet-Now” (Ad-Hoc Meetings) released
Updated: Apr 21, 2022
When MS Teams Real Time Call Analytics was first announced in September 2021, it was only applicable to “scheduled” meetings, and didn’t generate data for “Meet Now”, PSTN, 1:1 calls, and group calls. This capability has now been extended to “Meet Now” meetings too, and admins can now view the Real-Time Call Quality Analytics data for such ad-hoc meetings. At the time of writing this blog, the data is still not available for other call types.
